Chicken Wonder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/8 c. chopped onions
    1 Tbsp. diet margarine
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/3 c. milk
    2 oz. cooked, diced chicken
    1/2 c. mushrooms (plus)
    1/2 c. cooked rice
    1 oz. sharp cheese
Preparation
    Saute onions in margarine.
    Add flour and milk; mix together. Cook over low heat until thick, stirring constantly.
    Add chicken and mushrooms.
    Mix together cooked rice and more mushrooms (if you would like).
    Layer rice and chicken; cook in small casserole dish. Top with sharp cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
