Hot Chicken Salad #2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked and cubed chicken
    1 c. finely chopped celery
    2 tsp. minced onion
    2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. mayonnaise
    potato chips
    chopped parsley
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except for potato chips.
    Pour into shallow baking dish and spread crushed potato chips over top. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Serve very hot with cranberry sauce and rolls.
