Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken or 8 breasts
    salt
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 c. broth (from boiled chicken)
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. Velveeta cheese
    1 bag Doritos
    1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Boil chicken with salt until tender; debone and chop.
    Add chopped onion and cubed Velveeta cheese.
    Mix the cream soups with 2 cups broth and chopped pepper.
    Crush Doritos and add all but enough to sprinkle over the top.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 until thickened.
