Scalloped Potatoes And Ham - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. potatoes
    2 large onions (more if you prefer)
    1 lb. ham, cubed
    1 stick margarine
    flour
    salt
    pepper
    milk
Preparation
    Pare and slice potatoes. Peel and slice onions.
    In greased Pyrex bowl, layer potatoes, onions and ham.
    Sprinkle with flour. Dot with margarine.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Repeat layers.
    Add milk to within 1-inch of top of bowl.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are tender.
