Chili Con Queso - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small onion
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/2 c. chopped, canned or fresh tomatoes
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. oil
1 small can green chillies, chopped and drained
1 c. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Preparation

Saute onion and garlic in oil.
Add green chillies and tomatoes.
Simmer until heated.
Add cheese and salt.
Cook over low heat until cheese melts.
Pour into chafing dish to keep hot. Serve with nacho chips.
