Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 qt. water
    1 c. each: celery, carrots and onion, chopped
    2 1/2 c. sliced potatoes
    1 can mixed vegetables
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 lb. American cheese
Preparation
    Simmer bouillon cubes in water.
    Add other ingredients except cheese.
    Cook about 35 minutes until vegetables are soft.
    Then add American Cheese.
    Cook until cheese is melted.
