Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles
    1 lb. lean hamburger meat
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 small onion, diced
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    2 c. water
    grated Parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper
    2 bay leaves
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese
    1/2 lb. Ricotta cheese
Preparation
    Sauce:
    Brown hamburger in oil.
    Add onion, garlic, tomato paste (diluted with water), salt, pepper and bay leaves; simmer for 1/2 hour.
