Chocolate Fondue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips
    1/2 c. half and half
    maraschino cherries
    cubed pound cake or angel food cake, pretzels or cookies
    dippers (strawberries, banana chunks, orange sections, apple wedges or pineapple chunks)
Preparation
    Heat chocolate and half and half in heavy saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.
    Remove from heat.
    Pour into fondue pot or chafing dish to keep warm.
    Dip fruit or other dippers into chocolate mixture with fondue forks or wooden skewers.
