Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

potatoes, peeled and quartered
flour and Parmesan cheese (equal parts)
salt
pepper
garlic salt
seasoning salt
1/2 c. oleo
Preparation

Peel and quarter number of potatoes desired.
Mix together equal parts of flour and Parmesan cheese.
Coat potatoes well. Season with salt, pepper, garlic salt and seasoning salt.
Melt oleo.
Mix with potatoes.
Bake at 375\u00b0 until done, stirring often to prevent sticking.
