Lemon Pie And Meringue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1 can condensed milk
    2 boxes vanilla wafers, rolled fine
    1/4 stick Fleischmann's margarine (butter)
    3 lemons (1/2 c. juice and grated rind of 1)
Preparation
    Melt margarine or butter in baking dish; mix crackers and spread evenly over dish for pie crust.
    Beat egg yolks and add milk, lemon juice and rind; mix well by beating.
    Add filling to baking dish.
