Pineapple-Cheese Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    2 c. Bisquick baking mix
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Heat
    oven
    to
    400\u00b0.
    Line
    12 medium muffin cups with paper baking
    cups.
    Mix pineapple (with juice) and remaining ingredients.
    Beat vigorously 30 seconds.
    Fill cups 2/3 full. Bake
    until
    light golden brown and wooden pick inserted comes out clean, about 15 minutes.
    Makes 12 muffins.
