Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    graham cracker crust
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. sugar
    6 eggs, separated
    1 lb. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. lemon extract
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Have eggs at room temperature.
    Beat egg whites.
    Set aside. At slow speed, mix sour cream, sugar, cream cheese, egg yolks and flavorings.
    Fold in egg whites.
    Pour mixture onto crust in spring-form pan.
    Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Turn off oven and allow cake to remain in oven for 30 more minutes.
    Allow to cool slightly before removing from pan.
