Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. finely chopped onions
    1/4 c. butter
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    3/4 c. grated Swiss cheese
    3 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    dash of nutmeg
    unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation
    Saute chopped onions in butter.
    Cook spinach according to package directions; drain thoroughly.
    Combine onions, spinach, Swiss cheese and beaten eggs.
    Add milk and seasonings.
    Pour into pastry shell and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
