Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can salmon, drained
    2 c. soft bread crumbs
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    1 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. baking powder
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Drain salmon, remove skin and bones.
    Add beaten eggs, then seasonings, butter, bread crumbs and baking powder.
    Mix and roll into patties.
    Fry in hot oil until brown on both sides.
    Serves 4 to 6.
