Rhubarb Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    3/4 c. rolled oats
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    4 c. rhubarb, cut in 1 inch pieces
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt margarine and add oats, brown sugar, flour and cinnamon. Mix together and place 1/2 of the mixture in a greased 9-inch square pan.
    Add the rhubarb pieces.
    Then cook sugar, cornstarch, water and vanilla until it thickens.
    Pour this over the rhubarb and put rest of topping over it.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0, until bubbly and brown.
