Baked Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. sesame oil
    4 garlic cloves, pressed (pulp and juice)
    1 knob fresh ginger, peeled and sliced thinly
    1/4 c. honey
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1/4 c. raisins
    2 tsp. mustard
Preparation
    Mix thoroughly.
    Soak ribs completely in the marinade.
    Cover and let stand overnight.
