Busy Day Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground top round or turkey
1 (46 oz.) can vegetable juice cocktail (can use hot and spicy flavor)
2 (16 oz.) cans Veg-All or 1 (16 oz.) bag frozen mixed vegetables
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. dried basil (optional)
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes (undrained)
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. instant beef bouillon granules
1/2 tsp. salt or to taste
Preparation

Brown meat and onion in large Dutch oven.
Drain excess fat. Add all remaining ingredients.
Simmer 45 minutes to 1 hour. Serves 8.
Calories per serving, 191 (protein 49%, carbohydrate 39%, fat 12%).
