Cranberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
1/2 c. unsifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. sugar
1 large egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. fresh cranberries, coarsely chopped with knife
Preparation

Generously grease muffin pan
(12 muffin size).
Mix dry ingredients in medium bowl.
Beat
egg,
milk
and margarine in another bowl.
Add to dry mixture
and stir quickly and lightly until flour is almost dampened.
Do
not beat.
Add cranberries and lightly stir.
Do not beat.
Fill muffin cups slightly more than half full.
Sprinkle with
sugar
and\tcinnamon mix.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Remove from pan at once, loosening around edges with knife first.
Serve hot.
