Sour Cream Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. margarine (room temperature)
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt

Preparation

Cream together margarine, sugar, eggs, vanilla and sour cream; beat well.
Gradually add flour, baking powder and salt to creamed mixture.
Beat until light and smooth.
