Lemon Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix
1 egg
1 stick Parkay
1 box powdered sugar
2 eggs
8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese

Preparation

Mix cake mix, egg and Parkay.
Mixture will be thick.
Press into a 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan.
Mix the rest of the ingredients together and pour over the mixture in pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden and pulls away from pan, about 25 minutes.
