Banana Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast (2 Tbsp.)
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. mashed bananas
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    1/2 c. warm water
    2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs (room temperature)
    6 1/2 to 7 c. flour
Preparation
    Put bananas, sugar, margarine and eggs in a large bowl; mix well.
    Add
    about
    half
    the flour and mix well.
    Add dissolved yeast and
    mix well.
    Add rest of flour and mix.
    Knead well.
    Let rise until double in bulk.
    Roll out and butter the surface. Sprinkle
    with
    brown sugar and chopped nuts.
    Place on greased baking
    sheet
    and
    let
    rise until almost double. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
