Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can sauerkraut
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped pimentos
    1 c. chopped green peppers
    2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Boil sugar, water and vinegar to hard rolling boil.
    Pour over salad mix.
    Let stand at least 24 hours.
    Can be kept up to 3 months, if refrigerated.
