Rum Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    2 sticks butter
    1/2 c. yellow Crisco
    3 c. cake flour
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. light rum
    1 tsp. vanilla
    5 eggs
Preparation
    Cream sugar, butter and Crisco. Add eggs; mix well. Add flour, 1 cup at a time, alternating with milk and rum. Add vanilla. Grease tube pan and line bottom with wax paper. Put 1 cup ground nuts in before adding batter. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
