Strawberry Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 (baked) 9-inch pie shell, cooled
1 pt. strawberries, hulled

Preparation

Beat cream cheese until smooth, gradually beat in sugar. Blend in sour cream, lemon juice and vanilla.
Fold in whipped topping, blending well.
Spoon 1/4 of the mixture into pie shell. Arrange whole strawberries on cheese mixture.
Carefully spoon remaining cheese mixture over berries.
Chill at least 4 hours.
