Marinated Potato And Mushroom Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. new potatoes, cooked and cubed (about 4 c.)
    1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms (about 4 oz.)
    1/3 c. sliced celery
    1/4 c. sliced green onions
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 1/2 tsp. Dijon style mustard
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. chicken bouillon
    pepper (if desired)
Preparation
    In shallow baking dish, combine potatoes, mushrooms, celery and onions.
    In 1 pint jar with tight fitting lid, combine remaining ingredients, except pepper; shake well and pour over potato mixture; mix well.
    Cover; chill 3 to 4 hours to blend flavors.
    Serve with pepper, if desired.
    Refrigerate leftovers. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
