Asparagus Custard Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped cooked asparagus
    2 large eggs
    1 c. light cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/2 c. minced cooked asparagus
Preparation
    Puree the chopped, cooked asparagus in blender.
    Add eggs, cream, salt, nutmeg and melted butter to blender and mix thoroughly.
    Add minced asparagus and pour into a 1-quart casserole.
    Place casserole in pan of hot water and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes until firm in center.
    Serves 4.
