Mini Blintzes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg yolks
    1 c. butter or margarine, melted
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 (2 lb.) loaf Pepperidge Farm bread
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Cream first 3 ingredients until smooth.
    Trim crusts from bread and roll each slice thin.
    Spread with cheese mixture and fold in thirds.
    Dip in melted butter and freeze on cookie sheets. When partially frozen, cut in half and bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Serve with dish of strawberry preserves for dipping.
    Can be made ahead and kept frozen.
