Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    broccoli flowerets from 3 large heads broccoli
    1 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
    1 c. sunflower seeds
    1 c. raisins
    1/2 red onion, diced fine
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Wash and drain broccoli flowerets.
    Crisp in a plastic bag overnight in refrigerator.
    When ready to serve, combine broccoli, sunflower seeds, raisins and onion.
    Mix mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar together.
    Toss with vegetable mixture.
    Serve and enjoy.
