Shrimp Victoria - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 lb. raw shrimp, shelled and deveined
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 1/2 c. dairy sour cream
Preparation
    In hot butter in large skillet, cook, stirring occasionally, shrimp and onion until shrimp are almost tender, about 5 minutes. Add mushrooms; cook, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in flour, salt and pepper, mixing well, then stir in sour cream.
    Reheat very gently, do not boil.
    Delicious served over rice or hot buttered toast.
    Doesn't last, no leftovers. Serves about 4.
