Jalapeno Pepper Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 pt. mayonnaise
6 peppers (perhaps less)
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 small onion
2 garlic bulbs
1 medium pimento (4 oz.), diced
Preparation

Use food processor.
Chop peppers, onion and garlic and then cut cheese in pieces and add to other ingredients.
When cheese is chopped and blended with other ingredients, add sugar, pimento and mayonnaise.
Continue processing until mixed well.
Chill several hours or longer before serving with chips.
Use chopper blade for processor.
