Citrus Slush - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (48 oz.) bottle pink grapefruit cocktail juice
1 (12 oz.) can frozen pine-orange-banana juice concentrate, thawed and undiluted
1 (5 oz.) pkg. sweetened lemonade flavored drink mix
4 c. water
1/2 c. sugar
2 (33.8 oz.) bottles ginger ale
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients; stir until drink mix and sugar dissolve.
Divide into 2 heavy-duty gallon size zip-top plastic bags and freeze.
Remove bags from freezer 1 hour before serving. Place contents of each into a large pitcher and break into chunks. Add 1 bottle ginger ale to each pitcher, stir until slushy. Yields 1 1/2 gallons, or 3 quarts per bag of mixture.
