Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash, cooked and drained
    1/2 c. chopped onion, cooked with squash
    1 c. saltine cracker crumbs
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Combine squash, onion, cracker crumbs and 1 1/2 cups of cheese.
    Mix together eggs and milk and add to the squash mixture. Top with remaining 1/2 cup of cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
