Ingredients

2/3 c. vinegar (cider)
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. celery seed
1/3 c. oil (olive or Wesson)
1 tsp. oregano
3 cans sliced beets
2 onions, sliced thin
Preparation

Put beets in large
bowl.
Add\tall of the ingredients. Let set in refrigerator overnight.
