Refrigerator Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    30 crushed graham crackers
    2/3 c. melted margarine
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 pkg. lemon gelatin
    1 c. boiling water
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 lb. cottage cheese
Preparation
    Have evaporated milk thoroughly chilled.
    Dissolve lemon gelatin in boiling water; let cool.
    Cream the cream cheese with vanilla and sugar.
    Add cottage cheese; mix well.
    Beat evaporated milk on high until very stiff.
    Combine all.
    Beat until creamy. Pour into crust.
    Sprinkle reserved crumbs over top.
    Chill 24 hours.
