Green Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 small can pimentos
    1 small can chopped green chilies
    1 lb. Longhorn cheese
    1 large can evaporated milk
    1 pkg. flour tortillas
    1 medium onion
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Heat soup, milk, pimentos, green chilies, grated Longhorn cheese and Velveeta.
    Brown ground beef and onion.
    Add to soup mixture.
    In an 11 x 7-inch casserole, layer tortillas with soup mixture.
    Start and end with tortillas.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
