Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour (save 2 Tbsp. to coat blueberries)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2 eggs
    5 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. light brown sugar, packed
    1 c. oats
    1 c. blueberries (fresh or frozen)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Butter 12 (3-inch) muffin tins generously.
    In a small bowl, combine flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda, first setting aside a couple of tablespoons of flour to coat the blueberries.
