Chicken Thighs Provencale - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 thighs, floured, salted and peppered
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1 garlic clove, minced
    2 Tbsp. tomato paste
    1/4 tsp. rosemary
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    2/3 c. chicken broth
    minced parsley
Preparation
    Brown chicken in oil; remove.
    Add onion, mushrooms, garlic, tomato paste and herbs; cook 1 minute.
    Return chicken and add wine and broth.
    Bring to a boil.
    Braise, covered, in a 400\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes, or until tender.
    Salt and pepper.
    Sprinkle with parsley.
    Serve with noodles or rice.
    Serves 2.
