Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cornmeal
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. nonfat dry milk
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. drained diced green chiles
    1 c. water
    1/3 c. oil
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Combine cornmeal, flour, dry milk, sugar, baking powder and salt in medium bowl. Stir in cheese and chiles. Beat water, oil and eggs together.
    Stir into dry ingredients just until blended. Pour into buttered 8-inch square baking pan.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
