Beef Burgundy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. round steak
    1/4 c. flour
    4 Tbsp. oleo
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
    1 c. Burgundy
    1 large garlic clove
    1 large bay leaf
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper
    1 can mushrooms, drained
    3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Cut steak in small pieces.
    Shake with flour (use all).
    Melt butter and brown steak.
    Remove and add onions, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper.
    Stir in mushrooms, tomato sauce, Burgundy and water.
    Heat to boiling.
    Reduce heat and simmer, covered, 1 hour or until tender.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
    Serves 4.
