Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 9 inch unbaked pastry shell
1 cup dark corn syrup
2 Tbsp. melted oleo
1/8 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup pecans
Preparation

Beat eggs slightly.
Mix in syrup, sugar, margarine, vanilla, salt then nuts.
Pour into unbaked shell.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Set oven temp back to 350 and continue to bake 30 to 35 minutes.
Remove from oven and place on cooling rack.
