Mexican Wedding Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    3 Tbsp. powdered sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla or almond
    3/4 c. nuts, chopped
    1 c. flour, scant
Preparation
    Mix thoroughly the butter, sugar and vanilla.
    Work in nuts and flour.
    Shape dough into 1-inch balls.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until hard but not brown.
    Remove from sheet and roll in powdered sugar.
    Makes 2 dozen cookies.
