Taffy Apple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can crushed pineapple (save juice)
    2 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 tsp. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
    2 c. diced apples
    1 1/2 c. Spanish peanuts, crushed
Preparation
    Drain pineapple.
    Mix with marshmallows.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Mix together juice, sugar, flour, egg and vinegar.
    Heat until it boils.
    Cool until thickened.
    Store in refrigerator overnight.
