Crab Imperial - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
1/4 c. finely chopped onion (small)
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
2 c. cooked fresh, thawed frozen or canned crab meat
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1 c. soft bread crumbs (2 slices)
2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Combine the first 9 ingredients; mound on shells.
Combine bread crumbs and melted butter; sprinkle over crab meat.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes, or until lightly browned.
