Iced Mint Chocolate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. cracked ice
    2 (1 oz.) sq. chocolate
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1/4 tsp. peppermint flavoring or 4 or 5 sprigs fresh mint
Preparation
    Cut chocolate into small pieces and place in blender.
    Add sugar and hot water; blend about a minute, or stir over low heat until dissolved.
    Add other ingredients.
    Place hand on cover of blender and blend another minute.
    Serve in tall glasses and garnish with whipped cream or ice cream.
    This makes 3 servings.
