Santa'S Thumbprints - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oats
jelly
pecan halves
Preparation

Mix all sugars and butter.
Sift flour and other dry ingredients together.
Add other ingredients to creamed mixture. Add dry ingredients.
Chill.
Shape into balls and put onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Make thumbprints.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Fill with jelly while still warm and top with pecans.
