Canned Tomatoes #1 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    tomatoes
    1/2 tsp. salt per pt.
Preparation
    Peel tomatoes by putting in hot boiling water for about 3 minutes or skins
    crack.
    Place or stuff in clean sterilized jars and add salt.
    Seal
    with
    jar
    seals and place on cookie sheet in cold oven.
    Turn
    oven
    to
    250\u00b0 and bake for 50 minutes.
