*Crab Imperial - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 green pepper, finely diced (optional)
    2 pimentos, finely diced
    1 Tbsp. English mustard
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. white pepper
    2 eggs
    1 c. mayonnaise
    3 lb. lump crabmeat
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients together with the fingers so that the lumps of crabmeat are not broken.
    Heap mixture lightly into crab shells.
    Top with a light coating of mayonnaise and sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
