Glazed Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. sliced fresh peaches
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. almond extract
    1 unbaked pie shell
    1/4 c. apricot preserves
Preparation
    Combine first seven ingredients, place in unbaked pie shell. Bake 20 minutes in 425\u00b0 oven.
    Cover with aluminum foil and bake 20 to 25 minutes longer.
