Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 stick butter
35 to 45 Ritz crackers
Preparation

Cook chicken breasts in salt water until tender.
Take chicken off bone and mix with chicken soup and sour cream.
Melt butter. Crush crackers and mix with butter.
Put on top of chicken mixture and cook at 350\u00b0 until bubbling hot and crust is brown.
