Wild And Tender - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 to 12 oz.) beef tenderloin steaks
    2 stalks celery
    1/2 head broccoli, cut up
    4 small carrots
    1 small onion, diced
    1 oz. cooking wine
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 to 1 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    wild rice, cooked
    3 to 4 oz. grated cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Marinate beef 15 to 20 minutes in wine mixed with salt, garlic salt and pepper.
    In baking dish add 1/4 inch of water, onions, celery,
    carrots, broccoli, basil and oregano.
    Cover with\tfoil and
    steam\tvegetables until tender.
    Prepare rice following directions\ton
    package.
    Grill
    meat
    to
    desired doneness. After
    meat
    is
    cooked,
    cut
    into
    pieces.
    On
    a platter, arrange
    bed
    of
    rice.
    Place
    meat
    on rice and add steamed vegetables to the edge.
    Cover vegetables with grated cheese while hot to insure melting.
    Serves 2.
